This Policy explains our processing of your personal data, and applies to all your interactions and
communications with us whether through our official website, head unit system, mobile phone
APP or directly through phone call, email or offline store.
Please note that we may also provide you with links to the services of any third party, and

Our commitment to your privacy
What is personal data?
We always adhere to and respect the basic right to privacy and believe that these fundamental
rights shall not vary with the country and region where you live. As a result, we treat any data
related to an identified or identifiable individual as "personal data" regardless of where the
individual is located. This means the data that can be used to directly identify you (such as your
name and ID number) is your personal data. In addition, the data that cannot be used to directly
identify you but can be used to indirectly identify you through legitimate inference is also your
personal data. The data that cannot be used to identify you after technical treatment is called
"anonymised data". For the purpose of this Policy, the anonymised data is treated as
non-personal data.

these rights to each of our customers worldwide.If you choose to exercise these rights to privacy,
you're entitled not to be treated differently but to enjoy the same level of service quality as you
would have when you do not exercise your right to privacy. We promise that we will not sell your
data to any party for profit.
When you exercise your rights, we may ask you to provide identity certificate for
authentication in order to ensure our protection of customers' confidential information. We
will reply you with processing comments or results within seven days after receiving your
application and verifying your identity.
In some cases, we may fail to approve your request. For example, you request to delete your
transaction data, but we are legally obligated to retain the transaction records in order to comply
with applicable laws. We may also refuse your request if it affects our legitimate use of data for
anti-fraud and security purposes, for example when you request to delete an account that is being
investigated for security reasons. In addition, we may also refuse your privacy request if it
endangers the privacy of others, makes little sense, or appears unreasonable or extremely
impractical.
For your reasonable request, we will not charge you in principle, but for repeated requests that
exceed reasonable limits, we will charge you for a certain cost according to the situation.

If you want to access your personal data, including but not limited to account information,
vehicle information, vehicle use data, recipients of your personal data that we share with,
etc.,you can access them through the mobile APP.
You can access your relevant personal data in the following functions by logging into your
APP account:
Check the personal data in the account in "My Account Management", including name,
head portrait, mobile phone number, email, etc.;
Check the license plate number, frame number, T-box SIM card CCID, etc. in "My
Vehicle Management";
Check my order, recharge order number, recharge record, etc. in "My Identity
Information".
Check privacy policies in "My→Use Terms".
If it is impossible to access your personal data in the above ways, you can contact us at any
time through the information listed in the "Contact us" below, and we will reply you with
processing comments or results within seven days.
Right to rectification
If you find there is an error in your personal data processed by us, you have the right to
rectify or update the incorrect or incomplete information, subject to the authentication of your
identity, provided that the rectification does not affect the objectivity and accuracy of the
information.
You can rectify your relevant personal data in the following functions by logging into your
APP personal account:
Rectify personal data: In "Account Management", rectify your name, head portrait, nickname
and rectify whether you need to change the binding of mobile phone number. Rectify service
security password: In "Change Password", rectify your service security password.
Rectify vehicle information: Rectify the bound vehicle information in "Vehicle
Management".

If it is impossible to rectify your personal data in the above ways, you can contact us at any
time through the information listed in the "Contact us" below, and we will reply you with
processing comments or results within seven days.
Right to erasure
If you find that we have collected and shared your personal data with others in violation of
laws and regulations or in breach of our agreement with you, you have the right to ask us to
erase it.
You can file relevant applications by canceling your account. You can also ask to erase your
information by calling the official customer service phone number.
Right to revocation
You have the right to grant or withdraw your authorisation at any time for the processing of
the personal data we collect. You can change your previous authorisation of the scope of
personal data we continue to collect through the Permission Management in the Settings
module of the mobile phone, or you can withdraw all authorisation for us to continue to
process your personal data by canceling your account.If you want to cancel your mobile APP
account,you can file an application through My - Account Management - Account
Cancellation. We allow you to exercise these rights by telephone, which can be found in the
"Contact us" section.
Please understand that each function requires some basic personal data to be realized, so
when you withdraw the consent or authorisation of the personal data under the
function, we can not continue to provide you with the corresponding service, and we
promise that we will no longer process your corresponding personal data upon your request.
However, we promise that your decision to withdraw consent or authorisation will not
affect the processing of personal data previously carried out on the basis of your
authorisation.
You have the right to choose whether or not to receive marketing messages from us, our
affiliates and service providers via email, SMS, printed materials, etc. You may unsubscribe
these message at any time through the unsubscription mechanism provided in these messages,
or by contacting us as set out in "Contact us" below.
Right to obtain the copy of personal data

You have the right to obtain a copy of your personal data through the mobile APP (My -
Account Management);
Where technically feasible, such as data interfaces are matched, we may also transfer a copy
of your personal data directly to a third party designated by you upon your request.
Exceptions to response to your request
In the following cases, we will not be able to respond to your request:
Those related to the fulfillment of our obligations under laws and regulations;
Those directly related to national security and national defense security;
Those directly related to public safety, public health and major public interests;
Those directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial and enforcement of
judgments;
There are sufficient evidence that you acted in bad faith or abused your rights;
For the purpose of protecting the life, property and other major legal rights and interests
of you or other individuals, but it is difficult to obtain your consent;
Response to your request will cause serious damage to the legitimate rights and interests
of you or other individuals and organisations;
Those related to trade secrets.
Your personal data we collect
Personal data we collect from you
We believe we can provide you with excellent service experience and good privacy protection.
This means we will strive to collect only the personal data we need. The types of personal data we
collect will depend on how you interact with us (functional services). In the following scenarios
(functional services), we collect your personal data for different purposes. We will not collect your
personal data in a fraudulent, deceptive or misleading manner. We will collect your personal data
and other information about you when you use the following functions and services.
Note:For specific scenarios and purposes, the data we collect may contain your personal sensitive
information, and we will show them in bold. You have the right to not provide us with the
authorisation or consent to such sensitive information,and we promise that your selection of

not granting authorisation will not affect our obligation to provide you with basic services, but
will only affect some personalized services, which we will indicate in the following scenarios.
Personal information collected during understanding or purchasing the
products
Test Drive/Consultation Services: When you participate in booking test drive/consultation
services through websites, mobile APPs, third-party advertising platforms, etc., we need to collect
your name, phone number, city, store, etc. for contacting you. We will match you with the
nearest store based on your individually authorised location information to complete the services,
but we will not store your location information.
Personal information collected during the use of our products and
services
Account registration:When you are registering your account, you are required to provide us
with your personal data below: including nicknames, telephone number (required), sex, head
portrait, introduction and your associated social media account for the purpose of logging into our
account. If you do not want to provide the phone number, you can also register an account via
email;
Payment features: There are three options in order payment: platform payment, and
third-party payment. To complete the order payment, you need to bind your payment account and
select a payment mode. We will share your order payment information, order security related
equipment information and other necessary information required by anti-money laundering laws
with the payment company through the Alipay software development kit (herein referred to as
"SDK") embedded on the website or client side. In the process of your payment, we will collect
your order number and order amount to complete the entire payment process.
IoV services: To provide IoV services, we need to collect and report vehicle information
related to vehicle status, use and operation, including VIN, driving characteristics data, vehicle
operating status data, driving parameters, charging operating status and settings, etc.
Mobile APP information: You can view vehicle information remotely and control the
vehicle remotely through the mobile APP. When you use the above services, we need to collect
name, license plate number, vehicle control command, vehicle status, vehicle setting, mobile
phone number, ID number, etc. When used for the first time, the mobile APP will provide
detailed privacy statement, and please read it carefully.
Personal information collected during after-sales and customer services
View and control vehicle remotely: If you enable the vehicle-related functions, you can
view the information about your car obtained from the head unit through the mobile APP, such as
the information of on/off or lock/unlock status of the doors, windows, sunroof, bonnet, trunk and

headlamps, and vehicle history driving record, including mileage, energy consumption, driving
time and average speed, and you can use the function of remotely controlling the vehicle related
status; if you do not provide the relevant personal data, you may not be able to order the relevant
services;
"Information push": To ensure your better use of our products, we will push you with
abnormal vehicle state information if any, such as long-time door open/maintenance period
expiration/vehicle fault information. If you do not want to receive these push messages any longer,
you can also withdraw all authorisation for us to continue to collect your personal information by
canceling your account, so as to close these push messages;
Exceptions to obtainment of authorisation/consent: Please understand that to the extent
permitted by laws and regulations, we may collect and use your personal data in accordance with
the law without obtaining your authorisation and consent in the following cases:
- Those directly related to national security and national defense security;
- Those directly related to public safety, public health and major public interests;
- Those directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial and enforcement of judgments;
- For the purpose of protecting the life, property and other major legal rights and interests of you
or other individuals, but it is difficult to obtain your consent;
- The personal data concerned is disclosed to the public by you on your own;
- Those necessary for the conclusion and performance of the contract at your request;
- Where the personal data is collected from legally and publicly disclosed information, such as
legitimate news report, disclosure of government information and other channels;
- Those necessary for the maintenance of the safe and stable operation of the products or
services provided, such as discovering and troubleshooting product or service faults.
We collect your personal data from other sources
We may receive your personal data from other individuals, companies or third parties acting on
your instructions, from partners who assist us in providing products and services and help us with
security and fraud prevention, and from other legitimate sources.
Individuals. We may collect data about you from other individuals, for example, if that person
sends you a product through our store or invites you to join or enjoy one of our services.

Follow your instructions. You can instruct other individuals or third parties to share data with us.
For example, you can instruct your mobile operator to share data related to your mobile phone
number with us in order to register an account or enjoy other services and features provided by us
that require mobile phone number information.
Third-party partners. We may introduce you the third parties that work with us, such as
Facebook, third-party service providers, contractors, agents, etc. For example, we may bind your
third-party account to your account once you have agreed to this Policy, so that you can log in and
use our products and/or services directly through your third-party account.
For research and development purposes, we may use datasets, such as the datasets containing
images, voices, or other data that may be associated with an identifiable individual. In obtaining
such datasets, we will comply with applicable laws, including the laws of the jurisdiction where
the datasets are stored. When carrying out research and development using such datasets, we
will not attempt to re-identify the identity information of individuals who may appear in it.
Our use of personal data
We will use personal data to support our services, process your transactions, communicate with
you, implement security and fraud prevention measures, and comply with the law. We may also
use personal data for other purposes with your consent.
We use your personal data only if there is a legitimate legal basis for doing so.
Depending on the circumstances, we may need to obtain your consent or consider the
necessity of performing the processing in order to perform the contract with you, protect your
or others' vital interests or fulfill legal obligations. We may also process your personal data
where we believe it is in line with our or others' legitimate interests, taking into account your

We retain personal data for a period only necessary to meet the collection purposes and in
compliance with the relevant provisions of this Policy or our service-specific privacy
statement or the relevant requirements of applicable law. We will retain your personal data in
accordance with this Policy for the period necessary to achieve the purposes stated therein. During
the assessment of retention, we will first carefully determine whether it is necessary to retain the
personal data collected and, if necessary, we will manage to retain the personal data for the
shortest period permitted by law.
We will use your personal data based on the following data use rules:
1) We will use the personal data collected in accordance with the provisions of this Policy and
for the purpose of realizing the functions of our products or services;
2) To guarantee the stability and security of the service, we will use your personal data for
identity authentication, security prevention, fraud monitoring, prevention or prohibition of
illegal activities, risk reduction, archiving and backup purposes;
3) We will report to relevant departments in accordance with laws and regulations or regulatory

4) After collecting your personal data, we will desensitise and deidentify the data through
technical means, and the subject of deidentified information cannot be identified. Please
understand and agree that in this case, we may conduct integrated statistics, analysis and

will continue to be authorised to use them during your use of our products or services unless
you delete them or refuse us to collect them through system settings;
6) We will make statistics on the use of our products or services and may share these statistics
with the public or third parties to show overall trends in the use of our products or services.
However, these statistics will not contain any of your identity information;
7) When we plan to use your personal data for other purposes not specified in this Policy,
or use the information collected for a specific purpose for other purposes, we will seek
your consent again in the form of confirmation agreements and copywriting
confirmation actions in specific scenarios in accordance with the requirements of laws,
regulations and national standards.
Our entrusted processing of personal data
In the above functional services, the customer support of some specific functions or services is
provided by the service provider we hire, and we will only entrust the service provider to collect
your necessary personal data under the function for the purpose of providing you with the function
support.
We will enter into a strict non-disclosure agreement with the service providers we entrust to
process personal information, requiring them to process personal information in accordance with
our requirements, this Policy and any other relevant confidentiality and security measures.
Our sharing of personal data
We will not share your personal data with any third party unless we have obtained your explicit
consent through this Policy or otherwise. We will only share your personal data for lawful,
legitimate, necessary, specific and definite purposes, and will only share personal data
necessary for the provision of services. We will share or provide your personal data to third
parties in the following cases:
Purposes stated in Privacy Policy. To provide you with services or for the purposes stated

installation, Chery Automobile wireless connections, information technology and related

for any other purpose. We will enter into a strict data processing agreement with the
companies, organisations and individuals with whom we share the personal data,
requiring them to process personal information in accordance with our instructions,
this Policy and any other relevant confidentiality and security measures, and we will
require that the partners' data security capabilities and information security
qualifications meet the requirements of relevant laws and regulations.
Laws, regulations or government requirements. We will provide your personal data to
courts or government authorities in accordance with laws and regulations, court orders or
other legal procedures, or at the request and advocacy of competent government authorities.
Right protection. We will bear the corresponding responsibilities if a security incident is
caused by the sharing or transfer of personal data and the legitimate rights and interests of the
personal data subject are compromised;
Mergers, acquisitions, asset sales or financings. We may transfer your personal data for the
purpose of transactions such as mergers, acquisitions or asset sales. Before transferring
your personal data, we will give you appropriate notice and ensure that your personal

data with your authorised auto repair dealer;
Disclosed personal data. We may share your disclosed personal data with third-party
partners in order to provide Internet users with more convenient information services. By
disclosing your personal data, you consent to our use of such information within the scope
permitted by law, including sharing such information with third-party partners after
reasonable de-identification or desensitisation of such information. We will try our best to
take technical means to protect your personal data from disclosure, but we would like to

remind you not to upload and disclose information about you that is sensitive or that
you do not want us to share with third parties;
Services provided for working with third parties. In conducting business cooperation with
third parties and jointly providing services to you, we may share your personal data with third
parties according to the project details. We may remind you of the specific sharing of your
personal data through the pop-up box or otherwise before you use the relevant services,
and ask for your consent; or the data may be collected directly by the third party, and please
note the third party's privacy policy for details.
Explore new projects and services. To provide you with high quality services, we may
explore and promote potential business cooperation projects with third party partners, and
may share some of your personal data with potential business partners through appropriate
processing such as anonymisation. The sharing of such data is generally limited to the
purposes of preliminary analysis, test and planning of cooperation project, business scenario

personal data, so that we can provide you with more comprehensive services. We will try our

to share your personal data with specific third parties, you may not be able to enjoy some of
the services we provide.

Transfer of your personal data
We will not transfer your personal data to any company, organisation or individual, except in the

Transfer on your instructions or with your consent: We will transfer your personal data to
others on your instructions or with your consent;
During mergers, acquisitions, asset transfer or similar transactions, if it is necessary to

Storage of your personal data
No matter where you use our products, we will store your personal data on the cloud platform, and
generally such user information will not be transferred across borders.
We only retain your personal data for the period necessary for the purpose of providing you with
the relevant services and for the period required by laws, regulations and regulatory provisions.
Our protection of personal data
We believe that good privacy relies on a high level of security. We protect your personal data by
administrative, technical and physical protection measures, taking into account the nature of
personal data, the data processing and the threats. We are constantly improving these protection
measures to ensure that your personal data is always secure.

We have adopted a range of protection methods such as internal management systems and

In terms of system, we have developed the relevant information security system, and we
will delete your personal data stored beyond the specified period.
In terms of internal management, we have set up full-time information security
personnel responsible for the construction of information security system, covering
network security, vulnerability management, threat discovery and security incident
processing.

In terms of technology, we have applied security tools such as intrusion
detection/protection systems, network firewalls, anti-virus tools and anti-spam tools
(such as TDA, PA/CP/FT, WAF, etc.) in practice, and implemented network boundary
monitoring and protection measures for the system. Our systems is encrypted for
connection via HTTPS or TLS to ensure the security of your data during transmission.
In terms of periodic security audit, we will conduct periodic security audit according to
relevant process, that is, we will conduct security audit for each version developed
before it can be released on the shelf.
In terms of periodic compliance audit, we shall entrust professional data security audit
bodies to conduct periodic compliance audit on our compliance with laws and
administrative regulations in processing personal information.
The Internet environment is not 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee that our systems and
information are 100% secure. If you find there is any security risk or vulnerability in our systems,
please contact us by the information listed in the "Contact us" section below.
We will develop an emergency plan for network security incidents to deal with system
vulnerabilities, computer viruses, network attacks, network intrusion and other security risks in a
timely manner. In the event of an incident endangering network security, we will immediately
launch the emergency plan, take appropriate remedial measures, and report to the relevant
competent authorities in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
After a security incident occurs, we will, in accordance with the requirements of laws and
regulations, promptly inform you of the basic information and possible impact of the security
incident, the measures we have taken or will take, the suggestions for you to independently
prevent and reduce risks, and the remedial measures for you. We will timely inform you of the
relevant information of the event by SMS notification, telephone, email and other contact
information left by you. If it is impossible to send notification one by one, we will release an
